Overview

Before The Last Straw Services draw on the powerful combination of my extensive experience in the Banking & Finance sector and my training in Mediation and Facilitator processes.

 

As the name suggests, the general focus of these services is to reduce:

• the type of risk inferred in the well known saying "the straw that broke the camel's back"; and/or
• the adverse impact if such an event took place;

This is achieved by assisting the client(s) to identify:

• the key risk issues and potential mitigation strategy;
• critical inconsistencies;
• critical knowledge gaps;
• alternative options (if available);
• the appropriate way forward.

These services are appropriate for a wide range of situations where the client is faced with:

• making a decision as to the action (if any) to be taken;
• there are potential major adverse consequences of a bad decision; and
• there is a finite time to take the appropriate action.

The Services

• Circuit breaker for couples (a Mediation type service);
